Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
Most orders are shipped within 3 business days. All orders are shipped via USPS, UPS or comparable carrier. Processing time of your order can vary from 3-7 days depending on product availability, or in some cases up to 4-6 weeks if waiting a reorder. Orders shipped by ground service average 4-10 business days from the date of order to reach their destination.
Orders shipped by priority service average 3-5 business days from the date of order to reach their destination. Additional charges may apply depending on weight. We will notify you of any additional charges before shipping. When calculating actual ship date, please do not count Saturdays, Sundays or federal holidays. Neither UPS nor DHL will ship to P.O Boxes. Please include a complete street address for all orders. All items are thoroughly inspected prior to shipment.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
Order Confirmation
As soon as you place your order you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order we automatically reach out to our shipping department to confirm that it is in stock and available to be shipped immediately. If the item is currently on backorder or out of stock we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. If items are available for immediate shipment (within 3-5 business days) we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.
Billing
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. All online orders are processed through 128 bit SSL encryption to protect your credit card information during your online transaction. All prices and figures are listed in U.S. dollars.
Returns
Receive credit, refunds, or an exchange for a replacement if email notice is given within 24 hours of receiving the product. Items will not be refunded or exchanged if we deem them to be worn, and or damaged. (All items are thoroughly inspected prior to shipment) In addition we will not return or resend damaged or worn items. All items that we receive that are damaged or worn will be discarded. Please allow up to 3-10 business day, (Depending on your Bank) for refunds to show.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, within 24 hours of receiving the item, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Cancellation & Refunds
All orders cancelled after 48 hours are subject to a nonrefundable shipping cost. All orders cancelled after 48 hours are subject to full refunds if item has not yet been shipped. If your order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Any and all refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
